Apparently, this week I lost 3.8 pounds for a total of 7.4 pounds overall. This came as a huge shock as I was a bad girl at a friend's birthday party over the weekend. If I was able to stay for the meeting yesterday, I would have been "celebrated" for losing over 5 pounds. The next celebration is when I will have lost 15 pounds. If that's in another 3 weeks, that would be really nice...though I don't think it will happen.
