Who do you trust?
Well, on the Island, everyone has a secret. Even the Island has a secret. It’s like a great big old onion of secrets. Or a parfait of secrets.
My favorite quote: Sawyer, “You taste like strawberries.” Kate, “And you taste like fish biscuit.”
Things I liked. Jack didn’t talk. I like him much better that way.
I liked Sawyer’s performance. From easy going, happy-go-lucky country bumpkin, to the glare of “I will peel the flesh from your bones.” I like him, always a quick one-liner to break the tension.
Let’s see, Sayid lied to stay and set the ambush. Which, naturally, went poorly.
We find that Sun cheated on Jin, made me sad. Did the English teacher jump to his death, or did Sun’s father have someone follow Jin, to make sure the job got done properly? I think the second.
The chance for prison break? Looks good so far. I like how Sawyer got himself beat up to get some good intelligence on the capabilities of the enemies. (Wolverine would be proud.)
Now that I think of it…can we match/compare the X-men to Lost cast?
Sawyer – Wolverine
Jack – Cyclops
Kate – Jean Grey/MarvelGirl/Phoenix? DarkPhoenix?!?!
Locke – Beast
